Tiffany brings over 25 years of experience in operations alongside 7 years in real estate to her role. Her journey in operations began as a Program Executive at CompuCom, where she oversaw IT service delivery and operational P&L for the Walmart Account. Prior to joining Thrilled Home Builders, Tiffany served as the Managing Director of Customer Experience at Software Paradigms International. In the realm of real estate, she built custom homes and operated her own business as a Certified Home Inspector.

Armed with a Bachelor's degree from the University of Arkansas and certifications including a Home Inspection License and multiple ITIL and Microsoft Licensing Certifications, Tiffany is committed to excellence in every aspect of her work. She finds immense fulfillment in fulfilling dreams, recognizing the significance of a home to individuals and families. Beyond her professional endeavors, Tiffany enjoys traveling, woodworking, gardening, and various outdoor activities. She treasures spending time with her husband, Lance Spanke, and their two sons, Mark David and Charlie.
