Bob David brings over four decades of real estate development experience to Limbird Real Estate Group. Starting his career in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Bob expanded to Northwest Arkansas in 2003. In 2014, Bob partnered with Julie Vaught to found Leadership Properties of Northwest Arkansas, resulting in premier communities like Scissortail and Aurora as well as new developments coming soon Trillium in Cave Springs, and Echelon in Bentonville. At Limbird Real Estate Group, Bob integrates his extensive experience to guide the team creating luxury homes inspired by high-end resorts, blending function and aesthetics with meticulous craftsmanship to enhance everyday living.
